B. Hotels/Motels	$275.00	Base plus $1.00 per room
C. Restaurants	$275.00	Base plus $1.00 per seat
D. Banks	$775.00	Base plus $150.00 per branch or separate ATM*
E. Utilities	$775.00
F. Retail/Services	$275.00	Base plus $5.00 per FTE over 4
G. Professionals	$275.00	For 1st, plus $5.00 for each associated Staff*
H. Campgrounds	$275.00	Base plus $1.00 per site
I. Individuals	$275.00
J. Non-Profit Organizations	$200.00

*FTE = Full time employees 2(PTE) part time employees = 1 FTE
****In the event that a property has restaurant and rooms, the larger figure will be used. (rooms vs. seats)
